Overview: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the hospitality industry and gain experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities: – Greet guests with a warm and friendly smile upon arrival – Escort guests to their tables and present menus – Maintain knowledge of daily specials and menu items – Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries – Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover – Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests – Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations – Assist with cleaning and organizing the host/host station as needed Skills: – Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively – Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills – Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred – Familiarity with POS systems is a plus – Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with ease – A positive attitude and willingness to help others Join our team today and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
