Role Description
Lambton College seeks a part-time faculty member to teach in Hospitality and Tourism. The position involves instructing students in an engaging and challenging environment, preparing relevant course materials, and conducting and grading assessments. The role requires an on-site presence for the duration of the course and offers flexible scheduling options that will allow the selected candidate to balance work and other commitments.
Qualifications
A degree in the relevant field, a related discipline, or valuable work experience.
Demonstrated ability to teach and convey complex concepts effectively.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate productive relationships with students and colleagues.
Ability to remain current in the field of expertise and adapt to changes in teaching methods and technologies.
Prior teaching experience at the university or college level is an asset.
The successful candidate must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
