What You'll Do

  • Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to hospital data governance, clinical data management, and healthcare compliance for accuracy and real-world applicability
  • Apply your knowledge of governance frameworks to assess whether AI recommendations align with established standards and best practices
  • Identify gaps, errors, and inconsistencies in how AI systems represent healthcare data workflows, policies, and regulatory requirements
  • Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI models better understand the nuances of cross-functional healthcare data environments
  • Review and assess content spanning clinical documentation, data quality controls, privacy protocols, and regulatory compliance scenarios
  • Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

  • Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health informatics
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy and compliance frameworks — particularly HIPAA and related regulations
  • Familiar with how data flows across clinical, IT, and administrative functions within hospital environments
  • Able to evaluate complex healthcare data scenarios with precision and structured thinking
  • Clear and concise written communicator who can articulate reasoning behind quality assessments
  • Self-directed and dependable when working independently

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI training workflows
  • Background in EHR systems, health information management, or clinical informatics
  • Familiarity with data governance tools, master data management, or metadata frameworks
  • Experience working across multidisciplinary healthcare teams — clinical, technical, and administrative
