Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Farm Worker to join our team. As a Farm Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to farm operations. This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to operate farm machinery, possess mechanical knowledge, and perform heavy lifting.
Responsibilities:
– Assist with planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops
– Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
– Perform general maintenance and repairs on farm structures and equipment
– Feed and care for livestock
– Clean and maintain farm buildings and grounds
– Assist with irrigation systems and water management
– Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Experience:
– Previous experience working on a farm or in a similar agricultural setting is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of farm machinery operation and maintenance
– Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot and repair equipment
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
– Familiarity with safety procedures in an agricultural environment
Skills:
– Proficient in operating farm machinery such as tractors, combines, and harvesters
– Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
– Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor for extended periods of time
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
