Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler/builder to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and remodeling tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various trades and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties:
– Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete construction and remodeling projects
– Perform construction inspections to assess project requirements and identify necessary repairs or improvements
– Hang doors, install windows, and perform frame carpentry work
– Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
– Assist with concrete forming and pouring for, sidewalks, driveways and stamped patios.
– Operate heavy equipment as needed for excavation, grading, or demolition work
– Install glass for windows, doors, or other fixtures
– Assist with hardscape projects such as building patios or retaining walls
– exterior remodels included roofs, siding, decks.
-interior remodels in the colder months include basements, kitchens and bathrooms and custom tile work..
Experience:
– Proven experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
– Strong knowledge of frame carpentry techniques
– Experience with concrete forming and pouring
– Familiarity with glass installation methods
– Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
– Knowledge of hardscape construction principles
