Residential HVAC Sales Closer
Are you interested in turning your HVAC expertise into a rewarding career with an industry leader? We have just the opportunity for you! We are a leading Heating and Cooling provider and due to our continued growth, we are looking for top talent to join our Home Comfort Consultants team.

As a Home Comfort Consultant, you will identify customers’ HVAC needs through effective presentations and will develop appropriate system solutions based on those needs. You will use your HVAC expertise to advise homeowners on the best possible products and services for their homes. The ability to close leads, as well as developing a strong network are keys to success. You will also coordinate with operations departments to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Analyze HVAC system situations and determine customer’s/prospect’s requirements
Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Adhere to credit policies for customers and non-customers
Design diagrams and layouts of HVAC systems
Prepare installation/terms documentation; Complete equipment materials list
Prepare sales contract, obtain signature, secure down payment and submit to the Installation Department in a timely manner
Resolve problems with customer, if necessary, raised by Installation Manager after contract review
Solicit referrals
Market other services and complete required documentation
Achieve sales objectives as set forth by the company for the assigned area through company leads and self-generated leads, as is required
Specific qualifications include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent; college degree a plus
Solid background in the HVAC industry, Door to Door is also considered
Proven sales experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and active listening skills
Travel to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments
Attend training and regular sales meetings
Proficient computer skills
Must have a car and valid driver’s license
