Foundation Health is seeking Registered Nurses for agency staffing support in home care services. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with patients and families on care plans
• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans in consultation
• Advocate for patient rights and dignity
• Use clinical judgment to respond to patient changes
• Manage complex family dynamics during care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse in good standing with College of Nurses of Ontario
• Physical ability to assist clients and lift 50lbs
• Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
• Completed vulnerable sector check
• G2/G driver’s license and reliable vehicle
