A lovely pediatric trach/vent case with strong family support located in Fairfax, VA is seeking 2-3 reliable, responsible RNs to cover shifts from 7am – 11pm every day approved by Meidicaid.

✔ 1:1 long term care, simple work relationship, no facility chaos, no bureaucracy.
Trach and ventilator care are part of this role. While these tasks are often handled by respiratory therapists in hospital settings, they are well-defined and manageable in home care with proper training and protocols. Qualified candidate should be willing to learn and master all trach/vent care skills, including a strictly sterile procedure of tracheostomy tube/tie/dressing change and ventilator circuit change.
Premium pay rate will be offered to outstanding nurses with the right mindset and talents. No prior experience required but preferred. Ideal candidate will have strong visual learning capabilities to replicate care routines after watch the real demonstration and training videos as well as detailed explanation for protocols. Orientation, full training, shadowing shifts will be arranged before working independently.
Typical shifts can be 7a-7p, 8a-8p, 7p-11p, 7a-11p, etc.
Competitive pay rate for qualified applicants – at least 10% higher than market rate.
