What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with and completing carpentry work across all stages of construction
- Interior finishing, including cabinet installation and detailed finish work
- Framing, siding, window and door installation
- Concrete forming, rebar work, and general site prep
- Supporting tasks like flooring, tile, caulking, and painting
- Reading and working from drawings, layouts, and plans
- Operating hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Handling materials and keeping sites organized and efficient
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience preferred for carpenter applicants (apprentices welcome with the right attitude)
- Reliable transportation (mandatory)
- Punctual, dependable, and consistent
- Professional — we work directly with homeowners
- Physically capable of handling demanding work
- Strong focus on safety and quality
