As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will take on a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the overall educational experience of students and work collaboratively with teaching staff.

Location: Grays
Salary Scale: £85-£105
Contract Type: Full-timeKey Responsibilities
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will lead and manage whole-class learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff.
Provide targeted support to individuals or small groups of students to reinforce learning.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will contribute to the planning, delivery, and assessment of lessons as directed by teaching staff.
Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Requirements:
Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally at a higher level.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
