We are currently seeking motivated High-Rise Window Cleaners to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Clean windows to a high standard using professional window cleaning tools and equipment
- Perform high-rise window cleaning safely while following all company safety policies and procedures
- Use hand tools and power equipment as required
- Inspect and maintain cleaning equipment, reporting any maintenance concerns
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Complete assigned work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Assist with general facility maintenance and related duties as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
- Valid Manitoba driver’s licence
- Comfortable working at heights (typically 15–20 storeys)
- Eligible to obtain a Federal Security Clearance (preference given to candidates who have lived in Canada for at least five years)
- Previous commercial window cleaning or custodial experience is considered an asset
- Experience using professional window cleaning tools and equipment is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Physically capable of performing manual labour and lifting as required

- Compensation: From $16.00 per hour
