Your new role

You will

be responsible for providing support to the call-centre agents helping our client during a labour dispute. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.

Familiarity with databases, LAN/WAN networks, and patch management.

Knowledge of system security (including intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.

Scripting skills (Python, Perl, or other languages).Resourcefulness and

problem-solving

aptitude.

Excellent

communication skills

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline (professional certifications like Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) are a plus).What you’ll get in return
