Position: Help Desk Analyst for Mental Health Monitoring
Contribute to the Mental Health Monitoring project as a Help Desk Analyst. Provide technical support while ensuring data confidentiality in a full-time role with the University of Regina.

As an integral member of the team, you’ll report to the Operations Manager and support project participants, clinicians, and administrators.

Your role includes diagnosing system issues, resolving problems, and liaising with third-party suppliers. You’ll play a crucial part in promoting the well-being of trauma-exposed professionals through your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose system issues for participants and stakeholders

• Resolve or escalate technical problems efficiently

• Ensure confidentiality of data and interactions

• Handle multiple incoming calls for support

• Undertake additional related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Grade 12 and relevant technical certificate

• Minimum of 3 years related experience

• Knowledge of ITIL concepts

• French bilingual skills preferred

• HDI certification as a Help Desk Analyst is an asset
