Job Overview:
We are seeking a Journeyman Heavy Equipment Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Heavy Equipment repair, automotive repair, and industrial equipment maintenance.
Duties:
– Perform maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial equipment
– Assemble and disassemble machinery as needed
– Provide excellent customer service by addressing equipment issues promptly and accurately
Requirements:
-Applicant must hold valid red seal certification
– Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
– Experience in automotive repair or industrial equipment maintenance
– Ability to assemble and disassemble machinery accurately
– Welding skills for repairs and fabrication work
– Positive attitude towards safe work culture
– Strong customer service skills to interact with clients effectively
– Familiarity with hand tools for equipment maintenance tasks
– Applicant will be required to pass D&A test before onboarding
– Applicant must hold valid Class 5 license and clean driving record
(Class 3 license considered an asset)
