Deliver expert field service as a Heavy Equipment Technician. Perform repairs, maintenance, and diagnostics on-site for engines and components, elevating customer satisfaction with high-quality service.
In this role, you’ll become the technical authority for inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing heavy equipment. You’ll manage relationships with equipment owners, ensuring timely authorization and execution of repairs. Duties include reconditioning components, maintaining service paperwork, and completing work orders, alongside participation in training sessions for skill enhancement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose equipment servicing needs
• Service and repair heavy equipment on-site and in-shop
• Recondition components for hydraulic and engine repairs
• Establish relationships with equipment owners
• Complete and maintain service documentation
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant heavy equipment experience
• Trade certification or Journeyman Red Seal preferred
• Proficient communication skills for client interaction
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to Health & Safety practices
