You will utilize extensive GPS experience, collaborate with design engineers, and ensure accurate layout based on project designs. Effective communication and troubleshooting skills are essential in this hands-on position across various project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct day-to-day field staking for projects
• Perform quantity pick-up and calculation accurately
• Provide layout information to relevant teams promptly
• Troubleshoot and repair survey equipment as needed
• Collaborate with Design Engineers on project designs
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years GPS construction layout experience
• Post-secondary education in surveying is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
• Willingness to work outdoors in various conditions
• Complete pre-employment testing for safety compliance
