About the Role:

As a Hearing Care Professional, you change lives by empowering people to rediscover all the emotions of sounds.

You will

be responsible for delivering a high standard of client care demonstrated by executing the following responsibilities:

Guide clients through comprehensive hearing tests and interpret test results for the

purpose

of selecting suitable hearing aid solutions

Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a hearing aid solution that best addresses their hearing needs and lifestyle

Build relationships with clients by providing a caring and personalized experience and continuous client care and support

Remain current on latest industry technology and trends to provide clients with ongoing hearing health

education

Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and external partnerships

Contribute

clinical expertise

to corporate initiatives and projects; supervise or mentor students and train new staff members, when applicable

Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming, efficient, and high-performing clinic culture that is compliant with company operational and quality standards

What You Need:

Education & Experience Requirements

Master’s degree in Audiology or a diploma from a recognized Hearing Instrument Specialist program

Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body

Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and hearing aid devices

Students and recent graduates who are completing their licensure requirements are encouraged to apply
