Job Title: RFR-PM-1040 – Project Manager

Working Status: Services will be performed on site.

Location: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Hours per day: 7.75

Mandatory Requirements

1. Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
2. Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.

Education

1. Valid Management of Risk certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.
2. Valid Prosci Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification is requested with the response.

Skill and Experience

1. 10 years’ experience in project management role developing project plans and budgets, monitoring project performance against tolerances, and reporting progress to the project steering committee.
2. 5 years’ experience as a project manager with direct experience in infrastructure upgrades, system management that includes decommissioning scope.
3. 1 year of experience planning and organizing information security services with a focus on internationally recognized security methodologies such as NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) framework.
4. 3 years’ experience planning and leading a multi-year organizational IT transformation program that consists of several different streams of IT projects. In addition to program planning and leadership, experience should include management of multiple vendors.
5. 2 years’ experience as a project manager implementing IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV) system software in a healthcare environment.
6. 1 year of experience implementing an electronic patient care record system in rural areas including scoring RFP’s and managing vendors.

Digital Shared Services, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
