Role Responsibilities
- Seed and annotate messy, real-world healthcare finance spreadsheets for AI model development.
- Work with partial models and ambiguous inputs to guide AI learning and refinement.
- Curate and normalize healthcare finance datasets for machine learning training.
- Provide finance-adjacent context to in-the-wild healthcare financial artifacts.
- Collaborate on iterative data seeding workflows with structure introduced over time.
- Document best practices and communicate insights to improve AI outcomes.
- Support AI evaluation by reconstructing or extending partially structured data.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare finance, accounting, or related financial domains.
- Familiarity with real-world spreadsheets and complex financial artifacts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and work with limited upfront structure.
- Comfort with iterative data seeding and normalization processes.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
