Covenant House seeks an experienced Manager of Health & Safety, IPAC, and Compliance. In this leadership role, you’ll oversee critical safety programs, workplace safety monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will drive strategic initiatives that protect our clients, employees, and volunteers while enhancing organizational effectiveness across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement health and safety programs and policies
• Conduct workplace inspections and risk evaluations regularly
• Manage WSIB claims, return-to-work planning, and case management
• Oversee the organization’s IPAC program and ensure compliance
• Analyze data to improve health, safety, and compliance programs
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years in health and safety or related field
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in relevant discipline
• Experience in program management and compliance initiatives
• Knowledge of WSIB claims and return-to-work processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Contribute to ensuring a safe environment for youth and staff through your leadership and expertise in health and safety.
