Career Opportunity
Responsible for administering, implementing, monitoring and maintaining TTC corporate wellbeing programs, pre-placement medical program, vaccination clinics and medical surveillance programs.
What You Will Do
Provides wellness expertise through analysis, strategic planning, program development, program management and evaluation of Corporate Wellness programs that support overall employee wellbeing
Responsible for health promotion including: coordinating and delivering wellness presentations, newsletters, online resources and health screenings
Develop, coordinate, manage and evaluate the effectiveness of new wellness product implementation, initiatives, communications and program launches
Administer, implement, monitor and maintain Medical Surveillance Programs
Case management of employees requiring respirator clearance, pre-placement clearance issues and trainees
Demonstrates behaviours that support diversity, inclusion, and a respectful work and service environment that is free from discrimination and harassment. Helps to remove barriers and accommodate employees and customers (within their area of responsibility) in accordance with TTC’s commitments and obligations under the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC) and Related Orders, the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), and TTC’s policies.

What Qualifications Do You Bring?
A University Degree, or College Diploma in a related discipline (i.e. Workplace and Wellness Health Promotion, Corporate Wellness Specialist Certification, Human Resources, Health Care, Rehabilitation) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed to be equivalent (combined with several years of directly related work experience in disability and absence management and/or in rehabilitation, return to work planning)
Sound knowledge of disability management practices and policies
