As part of a multidisciplinary team at ONxpress, you will drive safety training initiatives to support construction and tooling staff. Utilizing your 5+ years of construction experience, you will help develop training materials and evaluate training effectiveness. Your contributions ensure that skilled trades operate safely and efficiently while meeting project requirements throughout the GO Transit network.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote a culture of safety and quality in training
• Develop training materials and lesson plans
• Identify training requirements with staff
• Drive continuous improvement in training strategies
• Support documentation and review of training outcomes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Health & Safety or related field
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Knowledge of OHS Act and safety regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Health and Safety certifications preferred
