We are a small, locally owned physiotherapy clinic with two locations – one in Cobble Hill and one in Duncan. We take pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming space for clients and staff. We’re looking for a reliable, skilled Handyman to provide ongoing maintenance and small repairs on an as-needed basis for both locations.
Compensation Details
- Monthly Retainer: $280/month (covers up to 8 hours of work)
- Additional Work: Billed at an hourly rate of $35/hr for anything over 8 hours/month
- Flexible schedule, but must be available for urgent requests
- Contract Duration: 6-month term with potential for renewal
Compensation: $35 hourly
