Hiring Property Services Technician
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm ( Work
flexible hours
including evenings and weekend)
Major requirements:
Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean driving record
Working at Heights experience and has previous gutter cleaning, window cleaning and extension ladder experience.
Job Summary:
Our service technicians are the front line of our team and meet clients firsthand. We ensure every client is highly satisfied with the work we provide before leaving the job site.
Responsibilities
:
Execute each of the services we offer exceeding the client’s expectations
Able to
work at heights up to 40 feet on commercial and residential buildings/rooftops
Conduct site and safety inspections at the beginning of each job
Manage operational efficiencies at each jobsite
Supervisor a general helper with positive
collaboration
Collect payment from clients at the end of each job
Compete safety forms and checklists for each jobsite and upload documents to a secure server at the end of each day
Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established safety procedures and provincial laws
Manage the cleanliness of the company vehicle each and every day
Manage inventory and condition of the tools used to perform our services
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Good work ethic who takes pride in the work they do; honesty and integrity go a long way in this business!
Good organizational and time management skills required to meet daily deadlines
Excellent customer service skills
Able to
communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
Must be
able to consistently lift 50lbs throughout an 8-hour work day
Able to
work
flexible hours
including evenings and weekends
Handyman experience is preferred
Tolerance to various weather conditions; all of our work is done outside

Salary: $24.00-$25.00 per hour
