Overview
Up The Gutter Corp. specializes in providing roofing, gutter and drainage systems and giving homeowners peace of mind. We are seeking 1-2 additional team members to join our rapidly growing company.
While prior experience in the gutter/roofing/siding/drainage areas is a plus, we are more interested in candidates that show initiative, responsibility, an eagerness to learn and who take pride in their work and represent our company with the highest standards.
In this role, you will be primarily responsible for cleaning gutters, installing new gutter systems as well as providing repairs as needed. Additional projects could include replacing fascia board, window installation, siding installation or repair, assisting with drainage systems, and other projects as required.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, learn new skills, develop relationships with customers, and contribute to the safety and beauty of residential properties.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble seamless gutter sections using hand tools and power tools to ensure accurate fit and alignment.
- Install gutters on various home types, ensuring proper slope for effective water runoff.
- Secure gutters with brackets, hangers, and fasteners, maintaining safety standards throughout the process.
- Verify the integrity of the installation by inspecting for leaks, proper drainage, and secure attachment.
- Assist with related tasks such as downspout installation, fascia board preparation, and minor repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols.

- Proficiency in using hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, snips) and power tools (drills, saws) for precise installation work.
- Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection standards related to gutter installation.
- You must be comfortable with heights and ladders.
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
