Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gutter Eaves & Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of residential and commercial properties by performing gutter, eaves, and window cleaning services. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work safely at heights. Responsibilities
- Clean and clear gutters, eaves, and downspouts to ensure proper water flow and prevent damage
- Perform window cleaning on various types of buildings, including high-rise and multi-story structures
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively to complete tasks
- Conduct routine facilities maintenance tasks as needed to support property upkeep
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly disposing of debris and cleaning tools after each job
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols when working at heights or with heavy lifting equipment
- Manage time efficiently to complete scheduled appointments within designated timeframes
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic facilities maintenance techniques is a plus
- Experience working with customer service in a professional setting is advantageous
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during gutter removal or window cleaning tasks
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $17.20-$28.99 per hour
