Join Aviva Canada as a Guidewire Rating Developer and specialize in cloud transformation initiatives. This hybrid role focuses on developing high-quality rating solutions within the Guidewire framework.
In this position, you’ll work closely with engineers and architects to create and maintain rating logic within Guidewire Policy Center. Your responsibilities include supporting integrations with Earnix and collaborating with actuarial teams to ensure robust rating solutions. Regular participation in code reviews will enhance the quality of delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop rating engines and modifications in Policy Center
• Collaborate on rating requirements with business partners
• Maintain integrations with external rating data sources
• Validate rating behaviour during Guidewire Cloud upgrades
• Monitor and improve system performance concerning ratings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant Guidewire experience
• Expertise in GOSU Language and Guidewire tools
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages
• Guidewire Associate Certification required
