Qualifications:
- Great customer service skills – can you go above and beyond for every guest every time
- Excellent written and verbal communication – including e-mails, phone calls, service queue management and supporting your team
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time-management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities
- Familiar with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset
- Experience in a salon, barbershop or spa is a bonus
