Job Overview:

We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Housekeeping Staff: Cleaning of the guest rooms, public area.

Duties:

– Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
– Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
– Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
– Operate phone systems and manage reservations
– Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
– Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
– Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:

– Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
– Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems
– Strong communication skills with a focus on guest services
– Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
– Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel procedures
