Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate safe Edge Walk tours for guests
• Ensure comprehensive safety checks and inspections
• Adhere to timing schedules during tours
• Capture and document guest experiences
• Upsell Edge Walk products to enhance guest experience
Requirements:
• Diploma from secondary school required
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
• Ability to adapt to varying weather conditions
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
