Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all WSIB claims and appeals efficiently
• Oversee Return to Work programs and assessments
• Communicate restriction updates to leadership
• Coordinate wellness initiatives with Magna Wellness team
• Conduct medical surveillance and testing assessments
Requirements:
• RN or RPN with Occupational Health designation preferred
• Expertise in Workplace Safety Insurance Board processes
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office
