About the Role

We are seeking a Growth and Partnership Lead to serve as a key point of contact for our referral partners, institutional collaborators, and external stakeholders. This is a role well suited to someone who is organized, and thrives in a relationship-facing position that centres on communication, follow-through, and stakeholder engagement. You will support clinic leadership in growing and maintaining the clinic's partnership ecosystem, recruitment efforts, and funding initiatives – primarily through email communication, outreach, and administrative coordination.

 

Location

This role is based in-person at The PsychoEd Clinic's downtown Toronto head office (Yonge & Bloor), with some hybrid flexibility for a portion of responsibilities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships & Relationship Coordination

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for referral partners, healthcare providers, and community organizations, responding to inbound inquiries and maintaining ongoing correspondence
  • Support the development and maintenance of partnerships with institutions such as primary care practices, university accessibility services, and allied health providers
  • Prepare and maintain partner-facing materials (e.g., referral pathways, one-pagers, outreach templates)
  • Track partnership activity and communications, and provide regular updates to clinic leadership

Recruitment Support

  • Support hiring initiatives, including representing the clinic at practicum and internship fairs and contributing to candidate pipeline development
  • Assist with early-stage recruitment coordination (e.g., reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates, scheduling interviews) in collaboration with clinical leadership

Educational Services & Regulatory Support

  • Support the coordination of institutional educational service development (e.g., stakeholder correspondence, scheduling, document preparation)
  • Assist with research and tracking of relevant government permissions, registrations, or licenses required for institutional offerings

Funding Support

  • Monitor and identify relevant grant and funding opportunities aligned with clinic priorities
  • Assist with drafting and organizing grant and funding applications, gathering inputs from the leadership team, and supporting timely submission

Qualifications

Required

  • Completed bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Communications, or related)
  • Strong written communication skills, with confidence drafting professional emails, outreach materials, and correspondence
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple ongoing priorities

Preferred

  • Familiarity with the Ontario healthcare system, gained through relevant education and/or work experience
  • Experience supporting grant writing, proposals, or funding submissions
