Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness through community by blowing breezeways, picking up debris, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris, trimming overgrowth, and tidying equipment after each job
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards
Requirements
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscaping techniques
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly
- Familiarity with lawn care equipment such as trimmers, and blowers
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping
