Pay:
Location: Hamilton, ON.
Pay:$75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annual, depending on experience
Benefits after completing probation

Job Duties:
Assist the Grounds Manager with management and supervision of the daily operations of the department.
Ensure all month-end reports are completed accurately and all jobs have been quoted and sent to the Property Managers.
Maintain and manage all administrative documentation generated on projects.
Assist with the scheduling and utilize both labour and equipment crews efficiently.
Ability to fill in if a Grounds Superintendent is not available.
Continually grow the grounds department through relationship building following leads (BidnGo) and follow-up on contract renewals.
In-depth understanding of the janitorial, lawn maintenance, and snow staff responsibilities.
Skills Required:
3 years of experience in the landscaping industry is an asset.
Excellent interpersonal skills, high energy, positive attitude, and excellent work ethic.
Strong knowledge of Landscape Maintenance, Janitorial, and Snow removal services.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Competence with office management software.
Valid driver’s license with a good driver’s abstract.
Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations as they pertain to this job function.
Solid understanding of project costs.
Recognize and follow standard safety precautions and occupational hazards.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
