Park Paving Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company with over 50 years of experience in road construction. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Asphalt Plant Groundperson to join our team. As an Asphalt Plant Groundperson, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of the asphalt plant.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting in the maintenance and repair of asphalt plant equipment and machinery
Monitoring and inspecting equipment to ensure proper functioning
Performing general labor tasks, including material handling and clean-up
Assisting with asphalt production and quality control
Operating equipment, such as man lift and loader, as needed
The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Requirements
General labor experience, preferably in a construction or similar industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay Scale: $20 – $24
