Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and develop comprehensive training initiatives
• Maintain accurate documentation and training records
• Facilitate both initial and recurring training sessions
• Participate in carrier’s train-the-trainer programs
• Deliver job shadowing and equipment demonstrations
Requirements:
• Proven training experience and leadership skills
• RAIC, AVOP, and valid driver’s license essential
• Flexibility to work all shifts including weekends
• Strong reliability and punctuality traits
