Grocery Clerk – Spruce View- Central Alberta Co-op Jobs in Spruce View at Central Alberta Co-op Ltd.
Our Spruce View Food Store is looking for a 4 Seasonal Grocery Clerks to join our team.
Term: until approximately August 31, 2024.
Availability requirements: Weekdays and weekends – mornings, afternoons and evenings.
Responsibilities:
Unload grocery shipments,
Opening and closing duties,
Receive, stock, and face merchandise,
Greet customers and respond to customer questions,
Be alert for unauthorized removal of merchandise,
Ensure a clean and safe work environment,
Other duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills,
Attention to detail and quality,
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,
Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs.),
Must be over the age of 14 (Employment Standards requires a permit to employ a person age 14 or under; therefore, disclosure is required).
