Description
Under the supervision of the Welding Department Manager, the Grinder is responsible for sanding welds, meeting quality requirements and assisting in other departments as required.
Role &
Responsibility
Grind (sand) welds and ensure that products meet customer quality and finish requirements.
Follow established procedures using a digital work instruction system (VKS).
Depending on operational needs, you will also be called upon to work in various departments such as crimping, assembly, masking and the paint line.
Prerequisites
High school diploma, equivalent or work experience
Manual dexterity and attention to detail
Ability to adapt quickly to different situations
Positive attitude
Bilingualism (Attitude)
