Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and resilient Graphic Designer to join a top-performing, fast-paced real estate team in Vancouver. This is a 2-month contract opportunity providing coverage for a team member on leave.
You will play a key role in producing high-quality marketing materials that showcase commercial properties in a compelling and visually engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce brochures, proposals, and RFP responses
- Create new marketing materials and update existing assets
- Work extensively in Adobe InDesign (approx. 80–90% of workload)
- Support email marketing campaigns using internal tools
- Collaborate with brokers to develop marketing collateral
- Source and incorporate, maps, amenities, location content
- Assist with campaign planning and execution (marketing “blast” strategies)
- Prepare materials for internal approvals and in-house printing
- Coordinate signage for property listings across the city
- Contribute to social media content (e.g., LinkedIn posts)
- Occasionally support photoshoots, PowerPoint presentations
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and occasionally clients
What You’ll Be Working On
- Leasing and sales marketing materials for high-tech/commercial properties
- Brochures and proposals (new and templated, with some bespoke work)
- Marketing campaigns designed to differentiate listings in a competitive market
Required Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
- Advanced proficiency in, Adobe InDesign (essential), Adobe Illustrator, PowerPoint
- Experience producing marketing collateral (brochures, proposals, etc.)
- Strong ability to work within templates and create custom designs
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with email marketing tools
- Basic copywriting or content development skills
- Experience coordinating photoshoots
- Background in real estate or professional services marketing
