About the Role
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join a collaborative in-house creative team. In this role, you will develop engaging visual communications that support marketing, branding, events, and business initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to create high-quality design solutions that align with brand standards, business objectives, and accessibility requirements.
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong visual design skills, expertise in presentation design, and experience producing marketing collateral in a corporate or agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of marketing and communication materials, including presentations, brochures, sales collateral, event materials, infographics, and digital assets.
- Develop creative concepts and visual solutions that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations and executive-level pitch decks.
- Design data visualizations and infographics that communicate complex information effectively.
- Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility standards and design best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Support event branding, campaign development, and corporate communications initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and production partners when required.
- Stay current with industry trends, design technologies, and emerging creative practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- 4+ years of professional graphic design experience in an agency or corporate in-house environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing collateral, presentation design, and digital creative work.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe InDesign
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Advanced PowerPoint presentation design skills.
- Experience creating marketing collateral, event materials, and branded communications.
- Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Experience with data visualization and infographic design.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in financial services, banking, insurance, consulting, or other corporate environments.
- Familiarity with website structures, digital design, and user experience principles.
- Experience supporting enterprise branding and marketing initiatives.
