Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Grains Mill Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in daily mill operations, including bagging, stacking, and preparing grain products for distribution. The ideal candidate is physically capable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift and handle 50-pound bags of grain regularly throughout the shift
- Stack 50-pound bags to build full 1-ton units
- Operate bagging equipment to properly fill and seal grain products
- Use a stitcher to securely close bags
- Build and prepare order-ready units for distribution
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to consistently lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Forklift experience preferred (not required)
Working Conditions:
- Physically demanding role requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Exposure to dust, grain materials, and varying temperatures
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
