Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Strategic Enrolment, the Graduate Recruiter will leverage their recent experience as a college student to recruit and convert domestic students in specific markets through assisting in the execution of a series of on and off-campus and virtual events and activities aimed at meeting the enrolment targets of the College. The incumbent is an ambassador for Loyalist College, who will build and cultivate relationships with prospective students, as well as maintain relationships with key stakeholder/influencer groups. The Graduate Recruiter will work closely with the Coordinator of Recruitment and other staff across the college to align recruitment programming with strategic enrolment goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists in the execution of a series of on and off campus (locally, provincially and beyond) and virtual events and activities
Delivers presentations to a variety of prospective students and stakeholders
Builds and cultivates relationships with prospective students, as well as maintain relationships with key stakeholder/influencer groups
