Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and reconcile employee grant files annually
• Manage employee tax with holdings during vesting events
• Conduct quarterly audits for equity plans
• Oversee communication on equity processes with staff
• Drive continuous improvement in administration workflows
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in equity compensation
• Advanced Excel skills are mandatory
• Familiarity with equity platforms like Fidelity or E
