Global Product Manager – Drying & Conditioning

Introduction

Our Client, a global leader in industrial equipment manufacturing, is searching for a Global Product Manager to lead the strategy and lifecycle management of its drying and conditioning product portfolio.

This role has global scope and plays a key part in shaping product direction, driving innovation, and ensuring competitiveness across multiple markets.

The Global Product Manager works cross‑functionally with engineering, commercial, and regional teams to guide products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the global product strategy for drying and conditioning equipment in alignment with business objectives and market trends
  • Lead new product development initiatives, collaborating with engineering, marketing, and sales teams from early concept through commercialization
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and evolving customer needs
  • Manage the full product lifecycle, including pricing, feature enhancements, portfolio rationalization, and end‑of‑life planning
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt product offerings for local market requirements and regulatory standards
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback, driving continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare and present product roadmaps, forecasts, and performance updates to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, ideally within industrial equipment, process equipment, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of drying, conditioning, or thermal process technologies and their applications
  • Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required
