WHAT WE NEED:

Global Customer Support will be responsible for handling all global export accounts for WSI. This position will consist of engagement with customers in a friendly, professional and timely manner.

JOB DUTIES

· Perform data entry tasks

· Provide answer to customer questions about products, pricing and availability

· Process incoming orders

· Cancel accounts or obtain details of complaints

· Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, as well as actions taken

· Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customer’s problems

· Contact customers to respond inquiries or to notify them of claim investigations or any planned adjustments

· Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing.

· Other administrative tasks as needed (answering phones, greeting visitors and employees)

· Handle and resolve general customer complaints
