Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. The Technician will be responsible for various tasks related to construction, fabrication, and assembly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and possess excellent maintenance person skills. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities: – Install Insulated Glass Units – Conduct caulking and sealing activities to ensure proper insulation and protection – Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks – Conduct general maintenance person duties such as repairing fixtures, installing shelves, Qualifications: – Proven experience in glazing, fabrication, caulking, blueprint reading, door hanging, and general maintenance person tasks – Strong carpentry skills with the ability to use hand tools effectively – Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship – Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team – Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
