Job Description – Genesis Concierge / Sales Assistant

Functions:

· Greet and welcome all GENESIS Guests

· Assist in Product and Benefit inquiries

· Assist in overall condition of the Showroom and vehicles

· Assist with Guest needs

· GENESIS Sales Manager

· Ability to pay attention to details

· Ability to ensure each GENESIS Guests feel welcomed and appreciated

· Ability to assess GENESIS Guests needs and help where possible

· Ability to listen and understand information and directions communicated by others

· Ability to operate a vehicle with a manual transmission

· Ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously

· Ability to reprioritize tasks or activities due to changing circumstances or requests

· Ability to treat others with courtesy and respect

· Ability to build effective work relationships with others

· Ability to work cooperatively as a team member

· Knowledge of safety procedures for handling equipment

Position Summary

· Greets and welcomes all GENESIS Guests and Owners

· Thank GENESIS Guests and Owners for the business when possible

· Moves vehicles as required in showroom, driver thru, shop and lot

· Ensure all showroom and demo vehicle cleanliness and fuel levels

· Aid in retail appearance of the dealership where possible (e.g. picks up litter).

· Ensures that they are aware of everything around them when moving the vehicle, protecting the vehicle, equipment, themselves, and other people around them.

What the Worker is Like?

· High school graduate

· Has maintained a safe driving record and has a valid driver’s license.

· Works closely with the GENESIS Acquisitions Team and Sales Manager

· Must be detail-oriented, thorough, and able to work independently.

· Must be able to communicate with guests in a courteous manner.

· Must be comfortable in taking directions from others.

· Is able to effectively communicate with others in the dealership.

· Must be task-oriented and well organized.

· Must be capable of effectively managing his or her time.

· Able to communicate key features of the GENESIS Vehicles

· Able to communicate key benefits of purchasing a GENESIS

· Able to create enthusiasm for the GENESIS Brand

· Able to assist the GENESIS Acquisition Team on daily upkeep and cleanliness of the showroom

· Assist with guests questions and needs as they arrive at GENESIS Winnipeg

· Learning the Genesis Acquisition Process
