Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a General Worker to join our team. As a General Worker, you will be responsible for performing various duties in a warehouse setting. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment such as forklifts and clamp trucks.
Duties:
Experience using a variety of high impact and/or vibrating power hand tools commonly used in production (rivet and impact guns, grinders, saws, etc.).
· Experience working in a production environment, performing tasks such as cutting materials to length with saws and shears, and using basic measuring tools.
· Physically able to complete tasks assigned that include:
Lifting up to 50 lbs without restrictions
Constant bending, twisting, and carrying in awkward positions
Standing and doing repetitive movements for long periods of time
· Cutting materials to length with saws and shears and use of simple measuring tools.
· Experience in welding steel and aluminum an asset.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$23.87 per hour
