Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk to support our daily administrative functions in Washington, DC. The Office Clerk will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the office. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in administration, business operations, or office management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Prepare, organize, and file documents and reports
  • Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
