Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, managing shifts, and ensuring smooth service flow.
- Oversee food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety protocols to uphold quality standards.
- Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Utilize POS systems for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Train and develop staff in customer service excellence, food handling, and operational procedures.
- Implement staff scheduling, conduct interviews for hiring new team members, and oversee staff performance evaluations.
- Enforce health regulations, safety standards, and sanitation practices across all restaurant areas.
- Control budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize operational costs to ensure profitability.
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests by delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
Experience
- Proven management experience in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments with a strong focus on customer service.
- Extensive background in food preparation, kitchen management, and food safety practices within the food industry.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, training & development, and interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems for transaction processing and reporting.
- Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and cost management to drive operational efficiency.
- Prior hospitality management experience in hotel or fast food settings is highly desirable.
